    Are these suitable for 500C pizza ovens? Do they need seasoning?

    Answered my own question. Enamelled cast iron has a temperature limit of about 260C, so not suitable for pizza ovens. Because it's enamelled it does not need seasoning.

    For a pizza oven, you need a non-enamelled cast iron and season it.
