Do amd cards still stutter ? With core clocks constantly fluctuating. Had to send my last 6700xt back, awful card.

They dont if you install the drivers correctly.

Is the Sapphire Pulse a decent version of the 7900 XTX? Does anyone have any personal experience of it?
    Christee4's avatar
Sapphire are one of, if not the best AMD board partners, the Pulse is their mid range offering below the Nitro+ but also cheaper. In the specific case of the 7900xtx Pulse i cant say, but in general they are decent cards so id imagine this is no different.

Yes, it will work, providing you have enough space for the card, the 3 fan models are quite long...you're case does look big enough though, just double check...The card is 267mm in length.

It's easy to fit, you can watch a YouTube video, you just need to unscrew the other GPU and then put this one in its place and screw it in and connect the power cables.

There's some stonking deals on ebuyer ebay right now. I just missed this deal but I've gone for the RX6800 for £312 - same price:performance as this deal. That one's nearly sold out as well though.

    Amazing price. HEAT!

Sorry I must be missing something on the website. How did you get 7900 XTX for £768?

Edit: found it. It's the sapphire model. Heat to OP! Thx (edited)

Sick price on 7800 RD and i think that's also lowest 7900xtx.
Heatttt, wouldn't wait too long to bite if you are thinking as ebuyer loves to change their prices on eBay. (edited)

Fantastic deal, these are great cards, better than the 4070 and for just over £400!

Hear of reports of high idle power draw on 7900xtx cards....is this true?
    SiG's avatar
Used to be but not anymore, think multi-monitor setups still have small issues due to the memory always being at full clock.

Any owners got any feedback on the volume of this card's cooling? I have a Pallit 3070 at the moment and I've underclocked it just to prevent the loud fan sound it produces... it'd be great to use a GPU at 100% potential! (without turning on the hair dryer)
    Yahyasajid's avatar
What Palit model do you have?
  13. SteadiestShark's avatar
Not talking about this deal specifically, but it should be illegal to put up graphics card product listings without A: A clear description of the output ports, or B: A clear image of the output ports.
Ideally there should be both but you frequently see neither.
    Gkains's avatar
But would you trust an online box shifter to find the correct specification or even photo?

Part number and looking it up on the manufacturer's is the only accurate way.

Besides, a card having, for example, 2 HDMI and 1 Displayport etc. doesn't tell you what it can actually drive in terms of resolution and/or refresh rates.
