Yeah, they're not very tall, but you can get 'riser' bases for them (in cases they even come with a riser) which make them roughly the same height as a standard arcade cabinet.

Street Fighter ll Champion Edition, Super Street Fighter ll The New Challengers, & Super Street Fighter ll Turbo. So not a huge difference. There used to be kits that allowed you to stick a Raspberry Pi in one & run pretty much whatever you wanted. That's what I'd want to do, but I've not checked to see if they're still available.
It’s not even worth £179, 1up Arcade cabinets are rubbish unless you’re 2ft tall. Ideal for kids but not for adults even with the riser. (edited)

It's the best price that I've seen for one, & I was tempted despite having my own bartop cabinet. I would struggle with the height of it though.

It might come with it. Just flip it over & use it as a stool.
