Quality and longevity being the main goal (no budget yet as I don't know what's worth it!) Just something you are so happy with! (edited)
Although I don't have an outdoor kitchen I do have a couple of reclaimed granite worktops mounted on fence posts. What you need to consider is how it will weather, and how easy is it to clean because spiders etc love to set up home over winter under them. Probably worth looking out for some second hand stainless steel units etc.
