These are great for city breaks as they take no space up flat. They’re much smaller than the pack away backpacks in your case and much cheaper.
They are very basic so wouldn’t buy for daily use unless a specific simple requirement.

I had same problem but eventually I bought 1 using my phone and 1 using my partner's.

I think I have bought one of those by mistake (wanted 20L) g it was tiny, more like a backpack for a baby who can a couple of favourite toys to nursery.
