I ordered some headphones off amazon last week. what arrived was a tiny box with only one headphone.

clearly an error or fruad on amazon's end but then i was asked to go to my local post office to drop off the item before being entitled to a refund, after up to 15 days. They say it doesn't need a label or packaging but i doubt the post office guys will know what to do with it - and it costs more of everyone's time and damage to the environment to return the small item that they had sent.

absolutley atrocious service from amazon. they messed up yet have given me the run around.

i thought this was a customer service, centric company. i've been a member for over 20 years now and think thrice before ordering from them again. There's been a steady decline in customer servce and product quality over this time. (edited)

Not really sure what that has to do with packing tape, but the Post Office absolutely do know what to do with returns. You simply show them the QR code and they will bag it up and label for you. Job done, it's actually very good customer service if you ask me.
