About this deal

Jet 75 Complete Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner with and Cleanstation

Based on the Samsung Spring Cashback offer, you can claim £75 back on the VS20T7536P5 model samsungoffers.claims/sam…ing

PRC Direct is listed as a participating retailer under PRC HiFi & Video Ltd. I called to confirm this and they said they are a Samsung partner so the cashback offer should apply.

Be aware the 5 year warranty only applies to the motor. As I have just found out when the motorised head broke. After 53 weeks. They insist not covered and want £110 to replace. It's a con

The item should still be sufficiently durable and I think anyone would argue you'd expect a vacuum cleaner to last longer than 53 weeks. Refer them to the consumer rights act and if they don't budge put in a small claim. They will soon pay up.

On mine the tools are feeble and poorly designed. The battery lasts <5 minutes on full power. Charging could be quicker. It is still a very handy piece of kit tho… (edited)

I have one and have mixed feelings. Battery life on Full power isn't great, but on medium it does a decent job. The plastic however feels brittle compared to the tough almost rubbery plastic of dysons. The battery mount part cracked when it fell over once. It's still usable but annoying it couldn't withstand a tumble. Previously owned dysons felt like they would survive a fall down a full flight of steps. Other than that, it is good to use and the battery life hasn't been a big issue. Decent wall mount too
