    Just be aware folk that the manufacturer picture shows incorrect installation, if installed that way you can remove them in seconds
    Put the two hooks over the steering wheel spoke and lock it.
    Much harder to remove, i.e. takes much longer.

    Pointless. No-one wants your car - and if they do they'll get it regardless of this. These were useful in the 70s for stopping psssheads taking your 2CV/mini/escort for an easy walk home using a screw driver. No use these days (other than damaging your steering wheel, it seems).

    Locks are designed only to keep honest people out. I had 2 of these steering locks. Did not prevent theft 3 times. A lot of car crime is strip to order. Had my steering wheel and lock stolen. Now I just don't bother...

    I’m happy with mine 
    my vw golf wouldn’t be the type of car strip to order thieves would bother with and it’s not keyless ( whoever thought that was a good idea )
    If I had something better I would get better security
    If there are 2 similar cars parked next to each other they will take the one without the lock on is my thinking (edited)

    It's a deterant, people please be kind with comments, anything can be stolen. I think it's useful to add another barrier for thieves.
