RISE LIKE A DRAGON

Ichiban Kasuga, a low-ranking grunt of a low-ranking yakuza family in Tokyo, faces an 18-year prison sentence after taking the fall for a crime he didn't commit. Never losing faith, he loyally serves his time and returns to society to discover that no one was waiting for him on the outside, and his clan has been destroyed by the man he respected most.
Ichiban sets out to discover the truth behind his family's betrayal and take his life back, drawing a ragtag group of society’s outcasts to his side: Adachi, a rogue cop, Nanba, a homeless ex-nurse, and Saeko, a hostess on a mission. Together, they are drawn into a conflict brewing beneath the surface in Yokohama and must rise to become the heroes they never expected to be.

Something to keep in mind even if you have Game Pass - Hi-Fi Rush has copyrighted music with a license that will eventually expire so it's a prudent move to 'own' it in some way (edited)

    RIP Tango Gameworks

Shame for all of the studios being closed, but yeah, Tango Game works is especially disappointing. Coming off of their last game being critically beloved, it shows how brutal the gaming industry is. Sell X Million copies or we kill your studio. Also kills off any chance of Evil Within 3.

Hard to establish what impact the Activision buyout has had on all these closures, but of the choice was between games like Hi-Fi Rush or yearly COD releases, I'd take Hi Fi Rush any day of the week.

Hi-Fi rush being on here after today's news of their studio being closed feels a bit, meh

Glad I waited for Yakuza, Steelrising and Hi-FI Rush (edited)

Those are the only 3 that appeal to me too, almost bought Yakuza recently for £10.99 so I am glad I waited now!

Humble are starting to really annoy me with the membership, had a full on Karen rant at them about pre-authorising my card and emailing as if I had renewed, also filling my library with junk offers to make new games 20% cheaper and yet still more expensive than cdkeys.

I’ve learned to wait a few days and just buy the keys I want for a couple of quid.

noticed eneba do the same too with any games in bundles.

I do wonder how much services like game pass are hurting some developers.
I loved Hi Fi rush but played through it all on a cheap sub I had. I can't imagine how many others did the same. I would have probably bought it eventually had it not been on that service.

Feels like an odd state the industry is in now, where such great games do not mean longevity or success.

Still, this is an awesome bundle for Hi Fi rush alone.

A lot of the games that come on humble seem to be cheap to encourage you to buy the dlc, guess it depends how bad sales are!

What platform does the game come on, is it Steam?
    Darkchef's avatar
    Yeah they're all steam keys

Only want hi-fi rush, as for the rest either have or not interested.

Do you have any keys to trade? I bought the bundle, but it's unlikely I'll use that key.

remember if you been a choice subscriber in the past you will usually be able to get this months for £6.99 near the end of the month. They send me an email every month for that price sometimes even offering me 3 months at the lower price.
    liltman's avatar
Ah thanks, I just asked that before reading the comments lol, although I haven't had that happen in 5-6months. I used to get it often but not anymore! Hoping it does on this one

Nice, kept going to buy Yakuza but told myself to wait as I have not played all the previous ones yet. So makes sense to get it now with this bundle even though I don't have much interest in most of the other games.

I paused for now though, in hopes I get a discount offered but I haven't seen that happen in such a long time! It used to offer me it every few months. Does anyone know if they still do this? I've not seen it happen in probably 5-6 months now!

personally id play the other games get 0 to dip your feet into them lad is more rpg than normal yakuza games and the story has tons of spoilers for the previous games.

Excellent value ! This was the only Yakuza game I haven't got also. Worth more than this on its own!

How the jeez does so many like the yakuza games like I just don't get them very meh in my opinion.

This is a ridiculously good bundle! Been wanting to pick up hi fi rush for my deck after playing it on xbox. It's never dropped below ~£14 so the bundle is worth it for that alone. Yakuza LAD is another incredible game. Although not sure if I'll ever get round to playing it again since it's a bit of a beast.
    tonyt3rry's avatar
yeah it is a long game especially the grind towards the end still an amazing game tho.

Still waiting on 2 exhausted keys from last month. Humble getting real tedious with this usually takes 3 to 6 weeks to get them in the past.
