    I dunno about that.

I used to be a customer years ago and they managed to help me get data working while I was abroad. It was good value and I can't remember having any significant complaints.

I'm back with them and the only issue I've encountered is when I joined back in February and the systems were down so I couldn't register. I got a goodwill payment so I'm not unhappy.

Having access to Three's infrastructure is not for everyone, but I find that it has some of the best coverage and speeds in my area. Three has pretty much always been my desired network since 3G, but an MVNO with access to their network is second best. Oh, and EU roaming is inclusive.

I think the biggest downside is that everything is on the forums and via live chat, and the latter doesn't seem to work with Firefox.
