About this deal

Nice price this.

Goodyear’s EfficientGrip Performance 2, now with Mileage Plus Technology, gives you more miles than the predecessor thanks to Goodyear’s latest tyre technology, Mileage Plus. Its Wet Braking Technology also allows for shorter braking distances on wet roads and Dry Stability Plus Technology that gives the tyre higher stiffness to provide better handling capabilities

As a company car driver for decades, I have been through pretty much every major brand, and these performance 2 tyres last the longest apart from Continental. Dunlop are the worst. (edited)

Agreed DH6K. I went from Kumho to Dunlop to really reduce the road noise and it worked. However I'd get about 25k from the Dunlops. Then went to these, and the noise level was maintained and I got nearer 40k before needing replacement. At roughly the same price as the Dunlop's, it's a no brainer.

These are great tyres, but my god ATS are sloooow.
Took nearly an hour to fit 2 tyres!

Westgate tyres in Morecambe will fit 4 in 15 mins.

Fantastic advice because everone here lives in or near Morecambe (and has no patience).

Personally. I'd rather wait for a tyre to be put on properly with care, balanced, wheel to be torqued up to spec, hubs to be greased, etc. Rather then someone rushing the job, scuffing/chewing up the rims, putting the tyres on backwards and ramming the nuts on with an impact gun so it's impossible to get off. But that's just me I guess.

If you want a fast tyre change then get yourself an F1 pit crew.

Check your car's tyre requirements. H speed is pretty low, even for this older dimention of tyre.

EDIT: Other than that, i've used these tyres. They're superb. Very good wet weather tyre and the quietest i've ever known. (edited)

Where in this country can you do over 130mph on the road?
It's the load rating that's more important.
91 is 615KG per tyre. (edited)

Unusual tyre profile. Try Blackcircles. Don't forget your speedrating if you want to stay on the side of the insurance.
