    Took the plunge but on the trade in promo form the 8a is not listed. Anyone else have this issue?

    Had the same but I selected 'promotion not listed' and then emailed them. Took lots of screenshots and they emailed back the same day to say it had been recorded on the claim. (edited)

    I put in the trade in for honour 9 but it offered me £9 cashback. Is this correct as I was expecting £150 to show as cashback offered?

    How does the trade in work when you're trading in in-store and buying this contract?

    Do they give you a gift card to use on other purchases or does it take it off the contract cost or something?

    I want to trade in a Pixel 7 which with the £150 bonus gives almost £300 and am hoping it wipes off the upfront fee and reduces the monthly cost as well.
