Obviously not as good as LOTR but still thankful they were made as they're still fun to watch and give us more of the wonderful LOTR universe.

I’ve added heat. I really wanted to love these films as the LOTR are probably in my top 5 fave films ever. Sadly I don’t really like them.

Really tempted though at this price. Maybe if I watch them enough I can grow to like them….

I liked LOTR but I could tell I wouldn't like The Hobbit films especially as it stars the gimpy Martin Freeman who I'm not a fan of apart from The Office (2001). Just watched The Hobbit trailer ugh awful, no thanks.

Definitely gets a 🔥 for the price,but like others have commented not keen on Hobbit love LOR.Peter Jackson seems to enjoy waxing some of his films and it looks weird ie In Get Back.

Even the theatrical release was painfully drawn out to cash in and make it a trilogy, I dread to think what the extended version is like

Agreed, splitting a short book into 3 long films.

Even Bilbo Baggins spoke about it!
I feel thin... stretched. Like butter scraped over too much bread.
