I don’t often buy cake mixes, but the Bosh! brand are pretty good vegan mixes. In Aldi today I spotted the chocolate cookie box mixes reduced from £2.29 down to £0.79 each, marked on the shelf, and with a best use by date of August this year.  The pack makes 10 biscuits, I bought several and baked them tonight
