Posting for Heat for the sake of heat seems odd specially when it doesn't give anything for achieving the heat. I tried posting a few free books for a bit but it really is very time consuming to do, so haven't posted anymore. (edited)
30 days, natural same old same old quick fix nonsense ....day 31 you start putting it all back on, mostly probably water weight
over 95% of people who lose weight put it all back on and often more within a year
