    The cleansers were sold out in the skincare section of my local store, but there were a couple of bottles left at the actual No.7 counter/display at the back of the store.

    Just saying, I would never advise ordering from Boots UK after my recent experience. I've just ordered some expensive aftershave and whomever packed it tampered with the aftershave packaging at the bottom and removed the bottle placing the empty packaging in the delivery box. When delivered outer box untampered and in perfect condition.

    So far it's been a nightmare sorting with Boots even with weight proof from Royal Mail that no aftershave bottle could have been delivered. No refund so far after 21 days and going to county court.

    Don't trust them. Check their Trustpilot score. Its abysmal. These empty parcels and refusal to refund or replace occurrences are happening daily.

    They were on BBC Watchdog only three months ago about it.
