    What does Gps enabled mean? Do I need my phone with me if I were to go for a run

    No. The watch can record routes via GPS.

    Not much of an improvement over the GT2 which is still a great watch & has amazing battery life....

    Hmmmm. I have the GT2e, which work for me. I'm not a sports person, so the only sports feature I use is the step count. I use the watch for time, and notifications. GT2e doesn't have a mic or speakers - so can't answer calls. I've been thinking of replacing it with something smarter.

    The real smart watches, however, have poor battery - and again hosts of sports/health features I seldom use.

    Wondering about a GT3 - simply because it can answer calls etc.
