These are not good, we had 2 of them, slightly different from each other, but both not comfortable, save your money

Agreed. The back thingy is never comfortable no matter where you adjust it to and the padded cushion soon has a permanent indentation of your butt after a few hours.

Padding on the armrests is also super thin.

Do yourself a favor and don’t cheap out on a chair. Especially if you’re WFH and use for more than 15 mins a day!

Not really sure I'd call £450 a little extra! Wish there was something decent around the £150-200 mark but it seems not, you get all these cheap <£100 chairs and then you're paying a small fortune for something good, with nothing in between.

I have this chair, not the worst from a support and comfort factor… but it slowly sinks over the period of a couple of days…

I have chair you mentioned, which is the same style as the one listed by OP but definitely looks better executed. The cushion is contoured with firm padding, the lumbar support is better and the headrest is more customisable.

There is a slight design flaw where the back of the chair screws into the wooden base of the seat cushion, this part can break and flex after heavy use. Thankfully their customer support is really excellent and they sent me a free replacement seat cushion as it was all under warranty.
