ye they normally used for slimer people, because u can only notice differences if your thin... They just tone up your muscles so if u were bigger they wudnt make u smaller or lose weight.. but they "MITE" make ur stomach harder.

I think Bruce Lee is a pretty good example of a person with low body fat.... we've all got muscles there, it's just hid under hair and fat We used to have loads of fun years ago strapping these to our heads and seeing how long we could take. A fiver well spent if you want a laugh. It certainly wont give you the 'equivalent of 600 situps' lol- what nonsense!
