this site has been runnign for many years i think, coz i did 12k grains over a couple days of pure bordem like 6-7 months ago, i just did another 3k helping the poor for free is always good :D

Why don't they just give them the rice?

I don't mean to sound uncharitable but it seems to be an unnecessary involvement of a third party. ie us
