easily and also easily debrandable but they come both done for u with the deal

I've had one of these for a while, very disappointed.

They look nice but the software is clearly aimed at teenagers with huge multicoloured characters on screen when you dial a number, a 'feature' which converts certain words in text messages to little animations ('taxi' becomes a little animation of a taxi driving along) and other stupid 'features'. Thankfully you can turn all of this off which makes it bearable for the over 12's. The touch sensitive buttons take ALOT of getting used to, I still find myself accidentally going back to the main menu while texting after inadvertently brushing the 'cancel' key while using the wheel thing to select a word from the T9 dictionary. Bluetooth has never worked properly and it seems to have a fairly weak internal antenna.
