Can someone please explain how this 'SIM card trick' works? Heard it mentioned a in a few different Tesco deals on this site but no idea how to get free postage using it.

Did a search of the site but couldn't find an explanation. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: seems I not the only one not in the know.
