Can we have the current time on the forum please?
POSTED BY: csiman 5 months, 4 weeks agoI would like to see the current time the page was loaded on the forums. Mainly because I just see posts saying 1 minute ago etc and sometimes have lots of pages open but I have to refresh the HDUK ones as I dont know how current the page is when I come across it. Of course i wouldnt want the current time to be in real time update mode as that would defeat its purpose.
just a thought.

I think CSIMan means this when browsing the topic headers in text mode...
 ...basically the way how HUKD used to before the change. I too would prefer an option to be able to view time stamps this way. vBulletin (the company that provides the base software for these forums) has this option builtin into the code and usually there is a per user setting in their control panel area to set which way they want it. As such, there is nothing extra for HUKD's code monkies to add, just change an option in the code and it will open up the setting for us end users |
