Starting August 1st, 2008 through September 28th, 2008, Reward Universe will be giving away free t-shirts and caps! Simply fill out the form below and you will receive an e-mail with more information to verify your order! Please limit one order per address. Orders will ship out every two weeks with a maximum of 50,000 shipments per two-week period. No special requirements needed to submit a claim. Verification e-mails will be sent out in batches after orders have been verified as non-spam. T-Shirts are made on organic cotton shirts and are standard fit. Caps are one size fits most. T-Shirts come with an ocean themed front and the Reward Universe logo on the back.
