Sorry to hear all that...It sounds as if you are depressed. The weather will not be helping either,so probably have a touch of SAD as well. Ok,I am not a doctor but my advice would be -
* Drink more water. Yes we hear it all the time but it does help.
* Try to get some exercise a day. Force yourself if you have to. Outside preferred but even 20 minutes on eliptical trainer,running machine,fitness video will help.
* Eat more fruit and veg. the more RAW the better. If cooking,try to eat veg raw or slightly steamed.
* Buy a SAD lamp. It will help to lift the spirits.
* Sounds as if you have slowed down your metabolism. You will need to start eating smaller meals more often. Have breakfast. Again,if you don't eat it,force yourself,you will get in to it. Best bet,Porridge! But that's just cause I'm Scottish

* Don't start taking coffee,tea,other caffeine drinks,as they will give you a slight lift,but you will only feel worse when you come down again. Occasional cups of above is ok,but if you don't take now,don't start.
* Buy a juicer. You will get nothing better for you then freshly juiced produce,not shop bought,but shop bought is better than soft drinks,but only just! My favorite is freshly juiced carrots.
* Ok,supplements. A multi vit. cod liver oil, possibly vit c, vit B complex,all good. As an extra ginseng, might help too.
* Spirulina also good. Add a spoonful a day to that carrot juice that you are going to be having everyday now

* The pains is the weather and sounds like arthritis. Also nods to bad circulation. You really need to start walking or getting out on that old bike that you've got...
* Hardcore? Pick a day and drink only water and eat grapes. It will flush and clean out your system and get you ready for the new health you!
