Just incase anyway is wondering.......these are normally the low strength ones (something like 2mg nicotine)

May not be helpful to someone who smokes between 30 - 40 per day. My Dad found that these did nothing for him! Had to get some super strength ones from Boots and then eventually move down to these.

But for £1 worth a go!

Bear in mind that you can get these on prescription. I get 192 for £6 odd whereas the poundland deal is 72 for £6.

Cold because you can get all the nicotene replacement therapy (gum, patches inhalers or whatever you need) for the price of one prescription through the NHS.
Just see your GP or even check in Boots the chemist as their big stores have a stop smoking service. Apparently you're 70% more likely to give up using the NHS service.
