Yes i rang this afternoon and they do ask lots of questions. You will need the coffee machine as they ask for the bar code underneath

i emailed them and got a code back a couple of hours later - no questions asked.

voucher worth having!
not worth the 200 points though as u still pay postage of £2.95 - pods are only pennies more in asda etc.

great machine though. had one a couple of years now. wouldnt be without it. heat given!

Got email and used conformation link and it said thanks for registering your gift is on way without ringing upw ith any serial numbers, will see if they arrive.

The codes are worth having if you pay in bulk, I have ordered off the Dolce Gusto site, and if you order over £20 (maybe slightly more now), delivery was free, and in every Dolce Gusto box you purchase there is a code that you can use on your account and build up to use for money off. Also at the moment Viking Direct are selling the pods for £2.99 if you order 3 or more boxes of the same kind, and even if you order 2 boxes you receive a Free Storage Unit. But before your rush out, there is a deliver charge, unless you order over £30 exclusive of Vat. Hope this helps a few of you out there.

I received a voucher for £3.28 off a box of 16 capsules a while back and today i received a pack of 10 capsules (6 different drinks). I dont have one of these machines so i just cut the lid off the pods and stuck them in a caffatier and bosh, tastes even sweeter when its free! Im gonna try emailing for a code. h&r added

Edit: yup it worked, i emailed and said i had an old machine with a dg reference and they sent out a code, no questions asked.
