Nintendo Wii Competition (Free Prize Draw)
All entries will go into one free prize draw to win 1 (one) Nintendo Wii. No purchase necessary.
This promotion is open to all participants only excluding employees and their families of Freeloader Ltd, their agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
The prize will be allocated to 1 winner. The draw will be held on 12/09/2008 at midday. The draw will be made by one member independent of Freeloader Ltd. The name of the independent prize draw member will be made available on request after 28 days to those sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the prize draw address.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The closing date for the receipt of entries is midday BST on 31/08/2008. For a list of winners please contact competitionwinners@freeloader.com within six weeks of the closing date.
The Terms and Conditions of this website form part of these rules. By entering the competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
The competition winner will be notified by e-mail no later than 7 days after the closing date and will be redeemable for up to 12 months from the date of the draw. No cash alternative will be offered.
The winner must reply to the prize draw administrator within six full weeks of the initial prize notification being sent. Follow up emails will be sent out at two-week intervals. If the winner has not contacted the prize draw administrator within this time, then the prize will be withdrawn and another winner will be selected at random.
The Promoter will only use any personal details you provide in accordance with the privacy policy set out on this website with the following additions for this competition only: - Prize winners will be asked for their home addresses so that prizes can be sent out. - The name and county of prize winners will be made available on request in accordance with clause 1.
Entries are limited to 1 per person. Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for emails not received. Proof of emailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Winners may be required to take part in publicity. We reserve the right to reject any entries which are not in accordance with the entry restrictions or are gained unfairly or illegally by whichever means.
