retalitory feedback

what s the crack over on hukd with the above ? i have just brought some hd-dvd's from a member who lied about the postage saying they were on there way then there was a prob at the sorting office, i waited and waited three weeks after the payment i made. then today on the last day of when RM will say they are lost and refund him they turn up with mondays postage date on.

to which i left honest neg feedback stating so. the seller has now left me neg too. what exactly have i done wrong in this situation ? i paid instantly waited patently and was honest.

will hukd end up like ebay did where people cannot leave honest feedback for fear of reltalitory feedback ?

You got a photo of the packaging? As the seller is suggesting you are lying but it should be pretty clear and that way a potential buyer can make there mind up.

Unfortunately I think the mods are unlikely to do anything I'm afraid but you can but try, use the 'contact us' button.

you should always always send items by recorded or special delivery this will be the proof that you need that you sent the item as the person can then track the item themselves
