dont expect too much from this, of the two car gadgets I bought from Poundland one only works if I hold it into the socket and the other fell to pieces after using it twice....
u gets what you pay for but nobody can deny its cheap!

I've got one from Poundland, works fine, I've had no problems with it.

I've found that some of these splitters might not be powerful enough to power my satnav properly.

^I have that one and my sister has it in blue. I fitted in where the pull-out ashtray used to be in my car and it's been happily working away for over 2 years. Often use 3-4 sockets at the same time - never a problem. Powers my PocketPC (often 2 satnavs), iPod+FM transmitter, charges phone and whatever else I throw at it.

If it's that one you see in Poundland then I highly recommend you pick it up!

It wont be the unit blowing the fuse. Its the amount of current that the devices plugged in to it are drawing! As for the one falling out of the socket is your car a ford by any chance cause the socket in my Focus is **** anything I plug in starts to work its way out.

That's likely to be because it's got a short-out some where or whatever you've pugging into it is drawing too much power...... I got one a while ago, and other than it being a little on the large size, it works fine no matter what gets plugged into it.

Make sure its fused or you'll end up blowing up the things you plug into it. Car 12V sockets are notorious for it.
