Cheapest/Largest USB Powered External HDD

I assume these only come in the 2.5" format?

The cheapest I've seen at the moment is the 500Gb TrekStor DataStation pocket x.u in Amazon for £81.51.

That needs a power adapter, I'm only looking for USB bus powered drives.
