Can someone help me find r4 carts

Im looking for a couple of r4 carts, i have looked on amazon and they are selling the V2 which ive heard are fake/not very good is this true???

all i need is just the r4 cart nothing else if anyone can help me out i would be most happy

i know r4 is dated now but its the one i know how to use :lol:

also if you could reply with a link and price would be most appriciated thanks alot

R4 v2 is not necessarily a fake

The cart was revised as the micro sd slot was originally produced with a spring loaded Micro SD slot & the spring had a tendancy to break & therefore the micro sd card wouldn't stay in so they bought out V2 which doesn't have the spring loaded slot

The R4 will only take up to a 2GB Micro SD card if it says it takes the higher capacity cards then it's either a description error or possibly a fake.

Cannot recommed any of these sites as I've never used them but a quick search found these 2

V3 are available on Amazon, which apparently support the higher capacity micro SD.

I bought 3 V2 off Amazon from Tecknet, not the cheapest give or take a quid or two, but came with all the bits and worked no probs.

Anything that states the R4 supports the higher capacity is more than likely a fake as the R4 do not support more than 2GB cards, unless they made a typo but I would take care buying one that states it supports higher capacity cards

why dont you buy a couple of edge cards from deal extreme. I have just had 2 of them arrive and it cost me about 25 quid for them both I did currently have an r4 and I do think the edge cards are better..
