if you still have a tracking reference you dont have nothing worry about AND he left you positive feedback, so would have thought he hasnt got a chance.

Quite possibily he raised a dispute over the wrong item??

inform paypal about him leaving +ve feedback. give them the tracking number so you have proof of postage.

im thinking, that he is going to make up an elaborate story because why go through all that bother when i have adding the tracking number to the transaction already and it tracks as delivered on royal mail.

What is his name, exact thing happened to me a couple of months ago, he claimed he didnt receive the phone, I ended up claiming the money back through Royal Mail.

some people are just opportunists and think that they can get away with it....

all is needed to crash his theory is the tracking number unless Royal Mail delievered to a neighbour or left it with someone else (flat sharing??) so it has a different signature and he now claims that he hasnt signed for it?
On Royal Mail website you should be able to see the signature if you go into detail...have you checked if it reads anything like his name?

In that case anyway I think it would be a claim against Royal Mail

thats what i am worried about when i click electronic proof of delivery it says unavailable : 0

also if you are claiming against royal mail, you have to send all original documents so if it gets lost you are only left with photocopys.

Still waiting(about 3 months), on my claim, due to having a phone charger damaged on transit.

so hopefully won't come to that

If he left positive feedback on the item that's all the positive proof you should need.
Nobody leaves positive feedback if they haven't received the item !

Even though he has unregistered the feedback should still show in your feedback listing.

maybe there is no pic because too long time has elapsed or they dont have the signature or they lost the signature paperwork (if signed on the old fashioned piece of paper) phone Royal Mail tomorrow, dont forget to get the number from saynoto0870...

dont know what documents you are referring too but I am sure photocopies would do?can youreprint your invoice on Ebay?

This is what I do on Ebay:-

Send everything tracked by Royal Mail, then ebay message a despatch note with the tracking number on it. For good buyers it offers them the opportunity to trace the items progress, for potential bad buyers it lets them know your covered and will prevent any funny buisiness.
