At the moment, I'm sleeping about 3 hours a day and constantly waking up.
I used to drink about 3 litres a day but recently, I've been drinking about half a litre.
I'm 25 years old.
Recently I've been eating things like toast, cereal and more cereal and creatine (I know I need more water along with that) :P
I know I'm doing everything wrong, cos I'm not eating the right food groups which is why I ate high carbs today
