old style yorkshire puddings

My mom use to make yorkshire puddings years ago in a square baking tray, she thinks it was made by stillmore but i cant find anything on google.Does anyone still buy these kind if so where from.The corners were all crispy much better than those round soggy ones lol

agree, my partner makes them from scratch and once in the oven they grow huge, could fit your dinner in one.

milk, eggs,salt + pepper - mix
add flour - mix until a runny dough consitency.
preheat trays with oil until they are red hot, add mix and place in a hot oven and watch them babies grow.
