Does it include park tickets? I know some of the hotels nearby do include them.

Also, if you've never been before, be prepared for 2 things:
1. very expensive food in and around the parks
2. rude Europeans who have no idea how to queue to meet characters

I've been twice :P

They don't include tickets, but you can get them cheap if you look about a bit!

Hotel looks really nice though! Posh for a holiday inn!

They have great transport. Its like 30 mins via train and then the tube for like 7-10 mins to center.
