I would be very wary, I recently ordered some items, none of which fit, so I have to pay to return them, unfortunately, this includes some knee high boots, which were only £10. It will probably cost me about the same price to return everything!! I'm quite tempted to keep them and stick them on ebay but the boots are ill fitting and should not be on the market.

I just received an order containing swimwear and summer clothes for our holiday. Wrong sizes sent for 3 items (16 instead of 8 for one of them!). Bikini bottoms missing. Tankini bottoms missing. Size 10 swimming costume bigger than size 14 (looks mislabelled to me). Ended up with odd items in odd sizes. The things that did fit had matching items missing or in wrong size, so no use. The pink DS is Lite that I ordered is also faulty. When I rang, I was told that it is a clearance website, so what did I expect! I'm not paying for the recommended recorded delivery method of return. Waiting for a free courier collection now.

Still waiting for my order from 1 month ago. Got somebody else's Size 16 combat trousers and a Dr Who backpack - are they yours?

From what has been said above - I would put my money on COLD

I have had a good experience with them. I bought reebok trainers for £14 and a swimsuit for £2, arrived within about a week and both are good. The trainers are a tad large, but they are a size 9 and my shoesize goes from 8-9 so I grabbed the larger one.

Terrible company now, they used to be pretty good but are **** now. Cold.

Don't be put off by a couple of peoples bad experiences, I've had a few things off these guys and received the right product as described, reasonably quickly - Plus I've saved a fortune. Nobodys perfect!
