Asda have a SIM card for only 50p - but the calls seem the good bit - 8p for calls - 4p for SMS and 20p per MB for data

I don't know if your deal is techically a 'duplicate', as the other deal doesn't focus on the SIM price, but all of this has already been discussed:

20p for a mb of data seems cheap virgin currently charging me £7.50?
Looked at 1 page the other day and it cost me nearly 1 pound.

Ordered one online with free delivery ,not sure if comes with any credit though.

Dont think you now get the 1 credit when registering , no-longer mentioned on their website

Good deal, just popped to Asda and purchased a pack for myself and the wife. Much better deal than even the Tesco Value sim I was using (5p text and 15p calls).

I got my card today delivered by special delivery, it had to be signed for. Good news: it had £1 credit on it. Bad news: you don't get the free 10% when you top up anymore. Just bought a voucher in my local store and even though it said you 10% free, it didn't go on. I emailed asda and was told that promotion has finished. You can't get top-up cards either as they mention the free 10% and have been withdrawn. The new ones will be available "shortly". Still a good deal for light users though, I'm happy to pay 20p per mb.

Yea, Virgin ripped me off that way once too I'm now with Ikea..but may move to Asda soon! However when I go on holidaysetc then I always take a T-Mobile sim with me and text web to 441 this gives you 5 days of UNLIMITED downloading/web access for £2.50 ..now that is a bargain! especially for e-mails
