Bit embarrassing this thing but am on antibiotics now for a couple of day's and the barstewards don't seem to work(am in agony) then on a website it say's 100% cranberry juice will help.cheers the wee man

The Supermarket ones are fine. Pure cranberry juice would probably cause you more problems.

the only way that you would get 'pure' cranberry juice is obviously to buy cranberries and juice them...just look in a supermarket for cranberry juice that is not from concentrate and it will be fine.

avoid the ones with the orange juice as well as that bit of it def wont help.
Any cranberry will do and drink as much of it as you can to help flush it all through

cranberry is good also barley water also recommended by my midwife...bicarb of soda in water is really good tho-can buy any supermarket. Half teaspoon to half pint i think. Google it?

Does not need to be pure, to be honest i think pure juice might give you other problems
I quite like ocean spray it is rich in vitamin c and anti oxidants which is what you need. Hope it clears up soon
