Its just 8GB/16GB/32GB

Hodson is correct, iPod Touches start at 8GB while iPhones do have a 4GB model

I have a 8Gb Touch.

Few months old. Overall good condition. Slight sign of wear on the rear (due to the silver casing which is impossible to keep pristine) 2.1 Firmware which gives access to Apple App store. Can post pics if your interested.

As requested here are some pics. Due to its highly reflective surface, I could not use the flash on my camera, so some of the images are not of the best quality.

I found it difficult to take pics of the scuff marks due to them being very minor but they in no affect the operation of the unit. Also, I've had the headphones for three ipods now and are pretty worn - the grey plastic around the left bud has started to peel away. But TBH I personally wouldn't use used headphones so you may be the same.
