AA Warranty

POSTED BY: djq 2 months, 2 weeks ago

I have AA cover and the warranty service they provide as a package for my car. I have a few niggling problems with my car where its a lot noiser, slower to pick up speed and harder to get into gear. In order for me to call them out does my car have to be broken down? Or can it be in a state where I feel its unsafe and I need it checking out.

Hope someone can help, that'd be great.

Thanks

Sounds like you need to put it into a proper garage.....AA tend to be mainly a breakdown service which sometimes do temp repairs to get your car going to get it to a proper garage.

Ooooh ...didn't know that ...

Might prove difficult for the OP as General maintenance and Components failing due to Wear and Tear isn't covered.

Unless they already had work done by AA and now suspect it's faulty.
