Do Vodafone offer refurb phones to contract customers like o2??

I hear o2 offer plent of refurb mobiles if you have a contract with them. Is this the same with other networks such as my network Vodafone?? As after viewing the following HUKD link I am tempted to ring and see what handsets they have available.
