Is it easy to cancel?

cold as you have to pay a first payment. better off with the 3 months free voucher.

when i was with them they asked me to phone a number to cancel, but sod that i sent them a scathing email and told them to wise up i dont have to jump through hoops!
it worked ok

You can cancel online after a certain time, believe it is 9/10pm. During the day you have to call up to cancel (so they can try and make you stay etc).

You used to be able to cancel after a certain time at night on the website, might be 10pm when the phonelines are closed!

Signed up for this, got the email earlier. Already signed up with Tesco for the free Blu Ray, and have had a fair few free trials for Lovefilm. Voted hot, a tenner for £20 really, basically someones crimbo present sorted.
