best student account with goods insurance?

natwest seems to offering it. although i cant find much info about it except for this:
Essentials Contents Insurance with premiums starting from as little as £21 a year.
and as far as i understand it only cover goods taken outside my house. for house goods insurance i have to pay extra apparently.

anybody got more info about the natwest student insurance?

or any other bank offering it for free? outside&home preferably
