ok... after faffing about for ages uploading etc, it wouldn't accept the code. So II set up another a/c under a different email... code STILL didn't work. I phoned them up claiming I got the code in my bounty pack & they said you had to go through the bounty website, but they couldn't find the exact address.

I placed the order online & they are going to refund the £7.99 directly.

That's the close family & friends xmas cards sorted!

Absolutely fantastic!!!!! I had been hoping for something like this. Thank you very much edi.

I just created a new account and placed my order. I ordered a pack of 20 8x4 Xmas cards and got my 30 free prints for opening a new account. Can pick the photos up in a few days and the cards up in about a week, should have been £5.70 for the 30 6x4 prints and £6.99 for cards so brilliant to get them all for nothing.

Dont understand what you mean lerryn - are they not folded?

I have had photo cards from photobox before (I know this is snapfish!) and they were printed on photo paper, but folded in half and printed message inside, like a normal card.

I ordered the 7 by 5 "cards".

Came with the design i ordered by just on a piece of photo paper. The word "Card" can not be used to describe them at all! (Not folded, not printed on card)

I phoned to complain & was told only the note cards are actual cards! I said that i could not of been the 1st person to complain & they said No!

I have reported them to trading standards & would recommend you do the same!

Maybe thats why the code wasnt working for you lerryn? Maybe it only works on the ones that are actual cards???

ok... code doesn't work on the note cards. I looked at the small print & it says it is only for the 8x4 cards. I originally ordered the 7x5. Please could some one let me know id they receive actual cards. I can not beleive what the cs told me that they are just on photo paper!
