i dont know for sure i know that on some of them the runs under the tray break off and thats what causes it to do that

Well I did that the other day and ended up with a 20gb old one.. not much use and that was the only one they had (they said it was a 60gb) but I took it back because of that.

if i was you tim, take it back and try another sainsburys, i know a few people who have got 60gbs for 139.99
