EXPIRED - 2 x PS3 60GB brand new refurb, boxed with all accessories

As the title states, it is a brand new 60GB replacement from Sony. I think it is a refurb but on the phone they said brand new. I have not unwrapped it from it's return packaging. Comes with USB cable for the controller, power cord, AV leads with scart block, box, and manuals.
I also have another one, exactly the same as above but has a used Sixaxis controller, I will accept offers in the region of £290.Asking Price: 275.00
Shipping/Payment Instructions: Payment preferred by bank transfer or cash on collection, will accept cheque, or paypal (you need to pay the fees).
You can collect from Essex CM9 area.
