Need car rental for a couple of weeks near gatwick

hi as above, id like the best car possible im near gatwick and im flying up tae scotland for a long weekend and coming back to gatwick is this the best time to rent right off the plane, i have had a look on quidco and found hertz they have 10% but im really looking for a deal and quidco would sweeten the deal.
