mobile phone contract and quidco info - please

I wonder if anyone can help. Its a couple of questions really, firstly I got my previous mobile phone deal through dialaphone and was paid £60 through quidco and contracts are coming to an end, can we redo them again through dialaphone and get the £60 paid back again. I am looking for a new contract for the n95 8gb (would prefer the n96-but the monthly cost seems to be too much for me) would like a network that will allow me to send picture phones as part of the bundle - so that i won't have to pay extra for my picture messages. At the moment I am with o2 and they don't charge extra! any help appreciated - thank you
