In the shoot glass put some of this sirup on the bottom. Fill the rest with very cold vodka carefully so they don't mix and add a few drops of tabasco sauce to finish it off. Drink full shot in one go. Enjoy.
I found the cherry to be vile.
Personally I prefer it with beer
